1. Does the rent depend on how many people stay at the apartment?
No. The basic fee does not depend on the number of people staying there but the apartment may not be subleased.

2. Can I adjust the heating in the apartment?
Yes, it's a gas heating which can be adjusted in every apartment individually.

3. Are there any cancellation periods?
At the time of rental you'll agree upon a specific period of reservation. The expiration of the contract takes place after the declared time period. A tacitly renewal is impossible, you need to fill out a new agreement. When you're renting the apartment for one month you need to renew your reservation 2 weeks before contract ending. If you wanna rent the apartment for longer periods it is needed that your reservation is renewed minimum 4 weeks before the contract ends.

You can bring a pet but you have to have our agreement.

6. How does the basic fee billing work?
The basic fee is to be payed in advance weekly in cash or per payment form.

7. Can I have the apartment cleaned regularly?
It is possible to have the apartment cleaned in certain intervals, please contact us for more information when you move in one of the apartments.

8. How's the kitchen furnished?
The kitchens in all apartments feature an oven, fume hood, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes and a dish washer.

9. Is there a TV in the apartment?
There is a Sat-TV in every apartment with.

10. Is there any furniture in the apartment?
All apartments have been newly adapted, are fully furnitured and have a fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms are tiled and feature a washing machine. All other rooms have parquet floors. There is a Sat-TV in every apartment. A basic set of bed linen, terry cloth and cookware is in the apartment.

No.

The flat fee includes operating costs, energy (gas, electricity), Sat-TV and Radio.

Yes. The flat fee includes energy (gas, electricity). During the winter months there is a additional charge for heating.

16. Does the apartment have to be cleaned and painted after the stay?
No, cleaning und painting is done by Apartment Waldviertel. An additional charge (€ 50,- for two persons staying at the apartment, an additional € 10,- for each additional person) is to be payed for the cleaning of the apartment after your stay.
