Apartments
There are three apartments in the house, each with approximately 80 m² and a terrace and a garage. All apartments have been renovated recently, have a modern, tasteful interior and the following fixtures:
- Complete kitchen with a bar and all devices
- Bath with Whirlpool und steam-shower
- Digital SAT-TV
- Stereo with CD-Player
- Vacuum cleaner
- Washing machine and tumble-drier
- Electric iron and ironing-board
- Basic equipment of bed-linen and terry cloth
All apartments have a parquet floor. Bathrooms are equipped with tiles made of granite found in the Waldviertel and underfloor-heating. Windows have roller blinds and fly screens.
Apartments are for rent on at least a weekly basis. Breakfast or any other meals are not included.
